This page is the main entry point to the Help Information compiled and maintained by James R. Tate of JaTomes Software and Consulting. Clicking on the Help Index will bring you to a page showing all of available help topics. If you find errors or wish to make suggestions please forward them to JTate@JaTomes.com. This is a collection of information that I have accumulated over the years that I have found useful to myself. The date shown immediately following the link information is the last date that the indicated page was updated. This page is maintained at www.JaTomes.Com/Help. I have also set up mirror sites at www.JrtInfo.Com/Help and at www.JrtTest.Com/Help, which is my test site where major changes are tested before being implemented at the main and mirror sites.
However, these support pages are being migrated to www.JrtInfo.com/KB/Login.php. There the information is maintained in a MySQL database and is returned based upon categories and/or keyword searches. For access use a userid of "guest" with a password of "guest". This migration process is proceeding slowly, thus these pages are being updated with a new style.
I have strived to keep the pages as small as possible to make access to the information faster. This means that some of the sections are broken up into multiple sections. When this happens I have tried to maintain an index to all the links in the section in each subsection to make it easier to navigate.
If you would like to be notified when these pages are updated you may subscribe to a mailing list. Send a message to JTate@JaTomes.com with a subject of "SubscribeBcsHelp", likewise to cancel your subscription send a message with a subject of "UnSubscribeBcsHelp". Then whenever changes are made to the help documentation a message describe what has changed will be mailed to all participants on the mailing list. Also if the URL to access the help pages changes a mail item will be sent to all participants.
